Unfortunately I do not refund for change of mind. Refunds are only provided if items are defective. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received it. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item at emma@yarnind.com You will be required to pay for the postage if you apply for a refund. |

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All orders are shipped from Melbourne using Australia Post. Please note I cannot guarantee delivery times. |
